General Provisions
The controller of personal data provided by Participants of events and activities organized as part of the Club’s statutory activities is the Pomeranian Orienteering Club HARPAGAN, with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Ogarna 72, 80-826 Gdańsk, registered as an association with the Gdańsk City Hall – Department of Education and Sports, under number 53.
The personal data provided to us is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002.
In the event of changes to the legal regulations regarding personal data protection, the Controller undertakes to update this Policy and comply with the new regulations. This applies, among other things, to the GDPR.
The Controller declares that it makes every effort to ensure that personal data is subject to appropriate privacy protection.
Scope of Personal Data We Collect
Using our website involves sending automated queries to the server. The log includes, among other things, Your device’s IP address, date, time, information about your browser, and operating system. This data is disclosed only to our server administrators, i.e. mamy.to.
Participation in Harpagan Club events requires providing your first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Only your first name and last name will be included in the results for a given event (results are posted on the harpagan.pl website). Other data is not shared with third parties and is stored locally.
Providing the personal data referred to in point 2 is necessary for the provision of services by the Pomeranian Orienteering Club HARPAGAN.
Your email address is used to send the newsletter. The address will only be used to send informational emails by the Data Controller, i.e., the Pomeranian Orienteering Club Harpagan. Email addresses are stored in the MailChimp system. We do not share email addresses, and third parties will not have access to them.
You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time. When purchasing from our online store, you provide us with your shipping address. We share it with the postal service provider, Poczta Polska S.A., for shipping purposes. This data will not be used for any other purpose.
If you contact us by email, the data you provide will not be used for marketing purposes. It will be stored in our inbox at mamy.to for email management and to respond to your message. Third parties do not have access to this data.
Data processing
Using the website www.harpagan.pl and participating in events organized by the Data Controller, the Pomeranian Orienteering Club HARPAGAN, is voluntary.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to control the processing of your data contained in the Data Controller’s database, and in particular the right to request that it be supplemented, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended, or deleted if it is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or collected in violation of the Act. We have appointed a Personal Data Inspector for all communications regarding the stored and processed personal data, whom you can contact by email: biuro@harpagan.pl.
Your Obligations
As a user of the harpagan.pl website, you agree to use the website in accordance with the law.
By entering data in the registration form for an event organized by the Harpagan Pomeranian Orienteering Club or in our online store, you certify its accuracy.
All content on the harpagan.pl website is the property of the Harpagan Pomeranian Orienteering Club and is subject to copyright. Using it without the Administrator’s consent will constitute a violation of this copyright.
