Programme
Below you may find preliminary programme of Wyspa O-Cup 2026. There will be 3 stages – all starts during day light:
21 MARCH 2026, SATURDAY
- E1 – middle distance – 9.30 – 12.30
- E2 – middle distance – 14.30 – 17.30
22 MARCH 2026, SUNDAY
- E3 – long distance – 9.30 – 13.30
- 10.30 – 14.00 – accompanying family event – Harpuś
- 13.30 – prize giving ceremony
Attention – zero times can be slightly adjusted (earlier starts) due to many entered runners – all stages will be held during day light. Any change will be published as soon as possible and send out to runners.
At prize giving ceremony there will be gifts drawing among runners who are present at the ceremony. If the winner is absent, the gifts are drawn again.

Terrain
Wyspa O-Cup will take place on seaside terrain in Sztutowo near Gdańsk, Poland – in forests of Vistula Spit.
3 technical stages
Terrain is characterized by small elevation changes and an interesting micro-relief. Excellent to difficult (mostly very good) runability, network of paths developed.
