Training

Entries for Wyspa O-Cup 2023 are being added constantly! We encourage you to try our night training on Friday. 4 routes, in terrain right next to competitions. We will run with SportIdent and SI Center app and there will be Livelox available after.
Punching start from 20:00 till 20:15.
Course setting: Michał Olejnik
If you don’t know whether you rest till morning stage and you want to checkout terrain by night, no worries! You can have a walk or choose shorter course. Everyone will participate at their own pace 🙂

Meals

You can run fast and then eat well in Tawerna pod Łososiem!
Apart from its regular offer, runners can order meals from Wyspa O-Cup 2023 special menu. Meal hours will be published basing on start lists (so you can eat between stages and rest) 🙂

Accommodation

You can make a reservation for our school accommodation and stay the nights in competition centre! If you want to stay with us, please reserve at wyspa@nullharpagan.pl stating number of nights and people.

Before we all hibernate for the winter (luckily not fo long!), we wantu to let you know that entries for Wyspa O-Cup 2023 will open on 1/01/2023 🥳
Bulletin no 1 will be published till then, we are working on final details. You can already plan your time, strength, strong legs and fast brains for 11-12/03 2023 😎 That will be a technical start to the season:
2 middle distances on Saturday
1 royal long distance on Sunday
