Please note!
We would like to inform you that there are no more double rooms available at the Promyk Recreation Center in Sztutowo during Wyspa O-Cup 2026!
There are still plenty of spots available, and everyone interested will surely get one. Please arrange groups of 3, 4, 5, or 6 people 
If you are traveling alone to the competition and would like to join a larger room, feel free to use the comments section or contact us!
Reservations are accepted at wyspa@harpagan.pl – packages include meals (as stated in the bulletin).
When booking, please provide the following information:
– number of people + first and last names + club, if applicable
– any dietary exclusions – the center accommodates a variety of diets, including vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free.

Join us for opening of new Foot-O season! We invite you for a weekend of running in technical microrelief in seaside forests of Vistula Spit, in Sztutowo, Poland. Beautiful terrains, outstanding nature, technical courses and competition from several countries – all awaits on 21-22.03.2026.

Maps
Today let’s talk about maps!
? For upcoming Wyspa O-Cup 2025 we have made brand new maps in Sztutowo (going as far as Stegna in the west part). Maps were made in this month so it will be a pleasure to use!
? During competition categories up to WM14 and WM40+ will run on scale 1:7500. categories WM16-WM35 will use 1:10 000
? Equidistance is 2,5 m
